North Andover, MA (August 31, 2010) – The Mobile Electronics Retailers Association (MERA) is pleased to announce that JL Audio will be an exhibitor at KnowledgeFest 2010. The event will take place October 10-12 at the Gaylord Texan Hotel in Dallas.
J L Audio will have several products on hand, such as its revolutionary XD amplifiers, and its staff will welcome dealers’ questions regarding products and services within its three product categories: Car, Home, or Marine. The company will be located on the exhibitor floor in Booth No. 511.
“We are pleased that JL Audio will continue its support of KnowledgeFest,” said Paul Pirro, MERA member services manager. “Retailers have traditionally given the company high marks for its participation, and we are confident the company and its staff will enhance the value of the event.”
KnowledgeFest 2010 has been retooled to enable attendees to get the most from every event, as well as address real-world issues that retailers and installers experience in everyday business. More than 20 educational workshops, leading manufacturer exhibits, and product and business strategy planning sessions are at the core of the 3-day show and conference. In addition, an extensive event schedule comprises educational, informative and entertaining sessions, including learning tracks, MERA’s Town Hall meeting, a tailgate party and Monday Night Football networking session. Mobile Electronics magazine will also host its Industry Awards on Sunday evening, with complimentary food and drinks for attendees.
MERA chose the Dallas venue because of its central location, accessibility and resources to support the event and its attendees. To accommodate registered retailers and employees, the organization has secured special hotel room rates starting at $139 per night.
“We look forward to a re-energized MERA KnowledgeFest and to the opportunity to meet with dealers and provide some great dealer training at this event,” said Manville Smith, VP of marketing for JL Audio. “Dealer attendance will be key to the success of KnowledgeFest going forward, so we will be actively urging our dealers to make the time and the investment.”
