Hey, I'm installing my pioneer mp3 head unit in this car, I also installed a power acoustik amp and 2 subs. I tried tapping into the factory wiring to power the factory speakers, but no luck. I ended up putting my two pioneer 5 way 6x9 in the back seat, and my 2 12" in the trunk.
It sounds good, but I would like to get my factory speakers working.
I looked in the trunk, and noticed what appears to be 2 amps. They are identical, but I don't know if each powers one of the rear speakers, or if one powers the rear, and one the front.
Anyways, long story short, I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get my hands on the wiring diagram or any information on these amps. They are Clarion's, EN-961I-63 is the model number.
Any info someone gives me would be greatly appreciated.

You will likely need an aftermarket harness to adapt to the OEM Amplifiers with your aftermarket HU. Or, you could simply run new leads of speaker wire throughout the car- which is probably more practical in terms of cost and future versatility. Typically Dual OEM Amps work in a "joined" fashion, where they depend on each other for total output. It is also likely that your Pioneer HU produces more power itself than the OEM amps do, which really negates their use all together. Chilton or Mitchell would be decent sources for wiring diagrams. Also may want to ask around at www.altimas.net as they may have other suggestions. Personally, I'd run new speaker wire from your Pioneer to the speakers, and completely bypass the amp all together. Good Luck!
